Lecture on the sports science at Kimi Elementary School（September 10, 2024）
I gave a lecture on the sports science for the sixth-year students of Kimi Elementary School on September 10, 2024.
About 50 energetic and curious students listened to my lecture very seriously, did stretching and tried using the phototube time measuring device.
Teachers enjoyed baseball 5.
I hope kids will do their best in the track record meeting in this automn.
Lecture on the sports science at Wakayama Kita High School（April 24, 2024）
I gave a lecture on the sports science for the first-year students of the Faculty of sports and health of Wakayama Kita High School on April 24, 2024.
Wakayama Kita High School is famous as the unique school which has the faculty of sports, and which many Olympians graduated from.
In 2023, this school was the representive of National Ekiden Competition, and its baseball club was the vice-champion in the prefectural championsip for Koshien.
I talked about the principle and the importance of scientifique trainings.
I am to give five lectures in 2024.
Worked as a volunteer to help the disaster restoration work in Ishikawa Prefecture. （March 27, 2024）
I participated in disaster volunteering and carried out work such as arranging and cleaning houses at the victims' residences in Noto Town on March 20 and 21, 2024.
Cities and towns in the Noto Peninsula were heavily damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake which occurred on January 1st, 2024.
I'm hoping for a day of quick restoration.
